The Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra (WCYO) and the Charles Ives Music Festival (CIMF) provide outstanding educational and performance experiences for talented, dedicated young musicians. Because tuition covers only about half of operating costs, both programs depend on the generous support of individuals, foundations, and corporate and community partners to keep participation affordable and accessible.
