TUITION:
Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra tuition for 2026-27 (September 2026 – through June 2027) is $900.
Tuition can be paid via credit card by clicking on the Pay Tuition button below. Tuition is $900, plus a $15 merchant processing fee.
Alternatively, tuition may be paid by check, made payable to Western Connecticut Youth Orchestra, without including the processing fee, and mailed to:

Tuition is due by July 30 for spring auditions or within 15 days of acceptance for musicians that audition in August or during the season.
Tuition is nonrefundable after September 30. Additional fees may be required in the case of events such as a retreat, trips or a special performance.

FORMS:
All commitment forms will be delivered via email for electronic signature using Dropbox Sign. Please watch for this email and complete the forms. They will automatically be returned to the WCYO. (Note: These forms are to be completed once per year, however, please update us with any changes to your contact information, school, private music teacher, etc.)
