Fall & Winter 2020 SEASON*
String Orchestra (STO) 5:00-6:30 PM
Symphony Orchestra (SO) 6:15-8:30 PM**
Wind Ensemble (WE) 7:00-8:30 PM
*Due to the challenges of planning our program amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we will announce our plans for the spring seasons at a later date so we can remain responsive to the guidance from local and Connecticut/New York area officials.
** Currently the SO Winds/Brass are meeting virtually 6:15-6:45 & 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and the String Section is meeting in-person 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Additionally, some rehearsals may be moved to Wednesdays because of limited access to rehearsal space due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Rehearsals: Musicians should plan to be at the rehearsal on time allowing time to unpack, tune, and be ready to begin rehearsal promptly. Weekday rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings, with the exception of the dates noted in RED. Occasionally the ensembles may hold sectional rehearsals which will alter the start and/or end time of a rehearsal. Notices of any change in rehearsal time will be provided in the weekly email blasts.
Concerts: Concert dates, including dress rehearsal times, are shown in GREEN
Other Events: Retreat, Auditions and other events in PURPLE

SPRING SEASON – TBA
Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, we are offering a hybrid program with virtual rehearsals and modified in-person rehearsals over the season. If our communities are not seeing an increase in virus cases, if the schools are still offering in-person education, and if a local facility will allow us to rent space, we will increase the number of in-person rehearsals accordingly.
